Refund/Cancellation
Policy

Our Policy

At Coresperity, we provide services and digital products, not physical products. Our services require time, expertise, and preparation. Because of this, all sales are final once work has begun or access has been granted. Any refunds granted are processed to the original payment method used to place the order. The refund process can take 7-10 business days once approved. Unless otherwise negotiated, all fees for services and digital products must be paid in full before services are rendered. Please review the details below.

Scheduled Appointments

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we require at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If clients cancel or reschedule their appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or they miss their appointment, they will be subject to a cancellation/missed appointment fee of $35. We will wait for up to 10 minutes for clients to join the meeting/show up to the appointment before considering them a no-show and ending the meeting/leaving the meeting place.

 

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Payment is required for cancelled/missed appointments before any rescheduling can occur. 

Consulting, Business Formation, Virtual Assistance, Bookkeeping, & Tax Preparation

Client acknowledges that fees are for services and, as such, all sales are final once work has begun. If you cancel services within 48 hours of purchase and before any work has started and/or access granted, you may request a refund minus a $35 cancellation fee

 

We create service deliverables based on the information our clients provide to us through the questionnaires we send them after receiving payment for the services. We start working on service deliverables as soon as clients submit the associated questionnaires. Therefore, please understand that once a questionnaire has been submitted, 1) no further changes can be made to the information used to create the service deliverable, 2) clients will be ineligible for a refund on any funds paid to Coresperity up to that point, and 3) any outstanding balances owed by the client to Coresperity for the service will become due upon delivery of the deliverable.

 

In the case of service packages such as premium packages, packs of multiple coaching sessions, and similar, as soon as work has been started on at least one of the services included in the packages, clients will be ineligible for refunds on the associated purchase(s). 

Workshops & Training Courses

All purchases for virtual workshops, training courses, and 1-on-1 training sessions are final and non-refundable.

 

Due to the immediate access to proprietary materials, digital content, and reserved participation in live or scheduled sessions, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Access to Materials: Participants may receive access to course materials, templates, recordings, or resources. Access to these materials constitutes fulfillment of the service and further supports the no-refund policy.

Rescheduling and Transfers: 

  • Live Workshops: If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, you may request to transfer your registration to a future session of the same workshop (if available), provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Transfers are granted at the sole discretion of the company and are not guaranteed. 

  • 1-on-1 Training Sessions: Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Missed Sessions: Failure to attend a live workshop or training session will be considered a forfeited registration. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions.

Late Arrivals: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the full session fee will still apply.

Course Access (Self-Paced Programs): For self-paced courses, continued access to course materials is provided as outlined at the time of purchase. Lack of usage or completion does not qualify for a refund.

 

Mobile Notary Public

All fees payable to Coresperity, LLC are due in full before scheduling a mobile notary appointment, whether online or by phone. If you place a phone order or book online with our agency and request to cancel your appointment for any reason after payment has been remitted there will be no refund issued. 

 

Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

 

If our notary is in transit, or arrives at the signing location and the signing does not occur for any reason whatsoever, there will be no refunds. This will be considered a missed appointment, and you will be charged a cancellation/missed appointment fee of $35. Payment is required for the canceled/missed appointments before any rescheduling can occur.

Digital Products (Audio, Video, E-Books, & Other Downloads)

All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable.

 

Due to the instant access and delivery of digital content—including but not limited to downloadable files, templates, workbooks, guides, courses, and other proprietary materials—we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Upon successful payment, customers are granted immediate access to the purchased digital product(s). This access constitutes full delivery of the product and fulfillment of the transaction.

 

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us for assistance. We are committed to ensuring you receive the product you purchased; however, technical issues do not qualify for a refund.

Deposits

Any deposit or retainer paid to secure services is non-refundable, as this reserves time on our calendar and prevents us from taking other clients.

Non-Sufficient Funds

There is a $45 NSF (Non‐Sufficient Funds) fee for returned payments. We may make multiple attempts to re-submit a returned unpaid item for payment. Consequently, we may charge a service fee for an NSF item each time it is presented; we may charge you more than one service fee for any given item. Return payments may also incur a $40 late payment fee.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and extraordinary situations, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of the company, but are not guaranteed.

Force Majeure & Client Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication, incorrect information provided, or circumstances outside our control (e.g., third-party platform issues). Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Service Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with the service provided, we will make reasonable revisions or adjustments in line with the original scope of work. Requests for additional changes outside the agreed scope may require a new service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
