Services and Fees

Notarization is capped by the State of Georgia at $2 per notarial act (stamp). Dispatch, travel, and additional fees are billed separate and are listed below:

  • Travel Fee outside a 10-mile radius of the 30907 zip code: $30 Columbia and Richmond County.Other counties not listed may be considered for a mutually agreed-upon travel fee.

  • After-hours/Weekend/Holiday Dispatch Fee: $10. Travel Fee is an additional charge and is not included in this fee.

Our mobile notary public service fees are based on a variety of factors, including distance traveled, traffic conditions, number of notarizations to be performed, parking fees, wait time, and services provided.

 

*Please note that fee is still due & payable if signing does not occur for any reason when Notary arrives, or if appointment is cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled time.
