Services and Fees
The State of Georgia caps notarization at $2 per notarial act (stamp) and $2 for each attendance to make proof and certify (verify identity and witness the signing of documents), for a total of $4. Dispatch, travel, and additional fees are billed separate and are listed below:

Travel Fee: $35 within Columbia and Richmond County. Other counties (excluding South Carolina) not listed may be considered for a mutually agreed-upon travel fee.

After-hours Dispatch Fee: $10

Weekend Dispatch Fee: $10

Holiday Dispatch Fee: $20 for appointments needed on any Federal holiday. Travel Fee is an additional charge and is not included in this fee.

Urgent/Rush Surcharge: $25 for same-day or short-notice (less than 4 hours) appointments during business hours. Travel and Dispatch Fees are an additional charge and are not included in this fee.

I-9 Verification Fee: $25 per employee. I-9 forms are not notarized and do not fall under the Georgia fee statute. A Notary Public serves as an authorized representative to verify identification. Travel and Dispatch Fees are an additional charge and are not included in this fee.

Hospital/Hospice/Assisted Living Appointment Fee*: $30 plus $25 each additional hour after the first hour. Travel and Dispatch Fees are an additional charge and are not included in this fee.
*Please verify with administration that on-site notarization is allowed and visitors are permitted prior to booking your appointment, as booking fees are non-refundable. If the patient is not fully alert or has been medicated, Coreperity LLC will not be able to notarize the document(s).

Our mobile notary public service fees are based on a variety of factors, including distance traveled, traffic conditions, number of notarizations to be performed, parking fees, wait time, and services provided.
*Please note that fee is still due & payable if signing does not occur for any reason when Notary arrives, or if appointment is cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled time.
