Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we require at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If client cancel or reschedule their appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or they miss their appointment, they will be subject to a cancellation/missed appointment fee of $50. We will wait for up to 10 minutes for clients to join the meeting/show up to the appointment before considering them a no-show and ending the meeting/leaving the meeting place. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
