Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we require at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If client cancel or reschedule their appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or they miss their appointment, they will be subject to a cancellation/missed appointment fee of $50. We will wait for up to 10 minutes for clients to join the meeting/show up to the appointment before considering them a no-show and ending the meeting/leaving the meeting place. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by: • emailing us at contact@coresperity.com, • calling our office at (770) 228-5407. Payment is required for canceled/missed appointments before any rescheduling can occur. Mobile Notary Public: All fees payable to Coresperity, LLC are due in full before scheduling a mobile notary appointment, whether online or by phone. If you place a phone order or book online with our agency and request to cancel your appointment for any reason after payment has been remitted there will be no refund issued. Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances. If our notary is in transit, or arrives to the signing location and signing does not occur for any reason whatsoever there will be no refunds. This will be considered a missed appointment and you will be charged a cancellation/missed appointment fee of $50. Payment is required for the cancelled/missed appointments before any rescheduling can occur.
