Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we require at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the client cancels or reschedules their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or misses their appointment, they will be subject to a $50 cancellation/missed appointment fee. We will wait up to 15 minutes for clients to arrive at the meeting location or join the virtual meeting. After the 15-minute grace period, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the meeting will be ended or we will depart the meeting location. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
